After studying and becoming a Master NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner, I learned EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and started One More Bite’s Weight Loss Program. Most of my time is spend working as a private EFT weight loss coach, writing and speaking. How to Lose Weight, How to Gain Weight & Back Again
I know how to lose weight (so do you, probably) and I know how to gain weight. It’s easy. Millions do it all the time. What’s not easy is learning to stop that cycle and just staying at a healthy weight for you. Personally I’ve gone from a low weight of 118 to a high of 218 pounds and today I easily maintain the original 80 pound weight loss achieved in 1987 using the techniques I’ve included in my online weight loss course. I understand the struggle of losing weight and how it feels to wake up every day thinking, “Today is the day I’m going to start eating right,” then later that same day, “Tomorrow. I’ll start tomorrow.” My first foray into health and wellness was when I ran my store with my husband Chuck, Bushel & Peck Produce, in the early 1980s. I studied nutrition and fitness, strength training, herbology and I was introduced to NLP. I achieved Master NLP Practitioner in the late 90s and was introduced to EFT shortly thereafter. EFT is the glue that holds everything together. Learn EFT and you’ll always have a tool in your back pocket to handle whatever comes your way. I also offer in-person workshops, tele-seminars and one-on-one private weight loss coaching. Often called the “Weight Loss Lady,” I’ll get you results when all else has failed.
