Chocolate and Cauliflower: Food for Design

The photos at Food for Design are simply delicious. Visit FoodPairing.Blogspot.com for recipes and food pictures so good you can get your fill just by looking. Learning to cook and not sure which spices to use, or which side dishes to try, Food by Design's Food Paring web site shows all the complementary flavors.

This shows the work of the "best chocolatier in Belgium, Dominique Persoone," and his creations based on ideas found at the foodpairing website. On the right, chocolate-radish-chives-fresh cheese and on the left, chocolate-cauliflower-nutmeg with chocolate-peas. I'm having some of that.

Oh, man, I found Dominique Persoone Shock-o-Latier's web site extraordinaire and now I really want to learn to speak French.
