You Can Wear Vitamin C

Wearable Vitamins

The concept of wearing clothing infused with vitamins isn't new. V-Up from the Fujibo Company had (has?) a wearable shirt with Vitamin C but since their Web site is "under construction" since 2004 I'm thinking maybe this isn't catching on. An updated report by Nutraceuticals World states they are still hot on the trail so hold onto your seat.

Shoot, why don't think just infuse the chair with vitamins? Makes more sense to me since I'm sitting on it all day. :-)

The idea is you'll absorb the vitamins through your skin, via the clothes, but hey, most of my clothing isn't up against my skin. Maybe just try with underwear, seems a bitter fit. After 15-30 washes you get to either soak your clothes for more yummy Vitamin C goodness or forget about it. Seems like an awful lot of their Vitamin C will wash right down the stream. Better to just eat plenty foods with Vitamin C; such as, broccoli and oranges.

What's your take? Would you pay extra for clothing with vitamins?

No, I wouldn't pay extra for clothes with vitamins, but I did receive enormous value from having looked at your before and after pics and reading your "testimony."

Great work, and thanks for the inspiration!

I don't think I would buy clothes that would have vitmains in it because it would probably break down after the first wash and the cost of a nice shirt or a pair of decent underwear is expensive as it is now. Interesting concept though. What will they think of next?
