Curse of the Winter Hungries

Here's an excerpt from "The Curse of the Winter Hungries."

Most likely it is the coldness in the air that drives this urge to "stock up." I think it's perfectly normal to experience this, so if you've been fighting the January eating frenzy, take heart. ... Keep lots of ready made snacks, cut up vegetables for instance, but make it things you will eat. I know an awful lot of vegetables are bought and then thrown out regularly, but just try a bite now and then and you may find those green peppers are actually quite good. A cucumber makes a very nice treat (I cut them up and pour some vinegar over -- instant pickles I call it). Just expect certain times of year that your appetite will change and you won't waste time trying to fight nature.

I continued with examples of how to use EFT for the fear of hunger which is what's going on when you think you must eat just because your stomach started grumbling. Using EFT is fun. Just play with it and see what happens.
