100 Calorie Snack Packs

The New York Times printed a story in July, 2007, "In Small Packages, Fewer Calories More Profits" that you can portion out the full-sized bag yourself and save money, but who does that? We're a nation of food and beverage guzzlers. With self discipline at an all time low, 100 calorie mini-packs are perfect. More importantly they'll slowly train consumers to eat a more reasonable amount at snack time. I applaud the manufacturers for getting this one right.

Hate is not real helpful.

Don't agree at all with the comment, being overweight is not about food. Careful what you judge....I know personally having been slim all my life, oh how many times have I sworn: 'That I would never let myself go like that!' I'm glad that it happened to me, because I had to understand the experience of how it can happen, to anyone.
Keep up the good work Kathleen, I hope others find your blog and start commenting, I think it would help a lot of people.

The person posting under the name "W Fatner" is just a weirdo. His posts are meant to cause pain not help in any way. That's all I have to say about him -- letting his posts be published was a mistake on my part, and I apologize for it.
